This is a recipe that my sister got from a friend. It is served cold so it is different from most dips that you eat with chips but very good and simple!
- 226.79 g cream cheese
- 226.79 g sour cream
- lettuce (shredded)
- shredded cheese (whichever kind you prefer)
- tortilla chips
- Mix cream cheese & sour cream.
- Spread on plate.
- Top with salsa, lettuce, and cheese. Serve cool.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
I halved this to use up some cream cheese. Super good! Used Mexican blend cheese on top and light sour cream/Neufchatel cheese. Served with nacho cheese tortilla chips (what I had on hand). Thanks for sharing! [Made for Spring 2013 Pick A Chef]
I worked at a dental office years ago and one of the girls brought this in to share. It was a WINNER! every time it was one w/in a couple hours, couldn't get enough! great for any party and kids even love it.
Very addicting dip - I put about a cup of salsa on top and piled on the cheese and lettuce. Served with Tostitoes scoops and it was pretty much inhaled. Made for Fall 2012 Pick A Chef.
