Barb I do like your recipes and this is another that will be made again & again. I used 2% cottage cheese instead of sour cream. I used medium hot prepared salsa and made some fresh salsa to serve with the dinner. Served with mini Ricotta stuffed sweet peppers, rice and red kidney beans

We enjoyed these allot I added two jalapeno's just because we like it hot, also added reg sour cream will make again thanks for posting

This was easy to make but pretty bland as written. I used a garlic cliantro salsa and added cumin then shredded the chicken and layered it with refried black beans, corn tortilla and cheddar cheese to make a mexican lazagna.
