another recipe I received at my bridal shower. This is great as a side dish with any Mexican dish. It is also very easy to fix!
- 2 (10 ounce) cans mexicorn
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- cayenne pepper
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and serve with chips.
