I had this coffee on a trip to Rosarita Beach, Mexico at a small homestyle restaurant. Love the cinnamon taste!
- 2⁄3 cup ground coffee, of your choice
- 3 long cinnamon sticks
- 1⁄4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 6 cups cold water
- Place coffee in filter in brew basket of coffee maker.
- Place cinnamon and brown sugar in bottom of carafe of coffee maker.
- Fill coffee maker with water and brew.
- When brewing completed stir with wooden spoon until well blended.
- Serve immediately with milk and additional sugar, if desired.
