      This was delicious! I used Green and Blacks Maya Gold chocolate - bitter chocolate with a hint of orange and spices. Along with the cinnamon it made a delicious drink. I didn't add any extra sugar, and just whisked it to a light froth with a balloon whisk.

      I made half this recipe for ZWT II. Don't have a molinillo either, so I tried whisking & didn't get the froth I hoped for. I sure got froth when I used my hand-held blender for a short time tho & I enjoyed the result. Thx for posting.

      Yummy! I've been meaning to get a molinillo for sometime now. This is just as good with a whisk though to make it frothy! I used mexican chocolate tablets and some vanilla, but other than that, did everything the same as recipe!

      This is sooo good. It should be illegal. I added a little extra suger, and dripped a bit of caramel sauce in just before serving. Yum!
