  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, flour, salt and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Stir in diced chile peppers, sour cream and cheese.
  3. Add hot sauce to taste and cilantro.
  4. Melt butter in an 8" square baking dish.
  5. Pour mixture into dish and sprea with a spatula.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn heat down to 350 degrees and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Cool slightly, then cut into squares to serve.
