Delicious cheese dip with a zip! Great for parties, showers, or just a midnight snack for your family. I serve it with bite-size tortilla chips.

This was a pretty good dip as a basic starter recipe. I love that it is made in the crockpot. I changed it a bit to add some zip. I added one 10.5 oz can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies. Also added was 2 tbs of jalapenos that I diced up very small. I also added a cup of milk to thin it out a little bit. I'm sorry the picture is so small, it is from my phone. Very easy to make and versatile. Thanks :)

My in-laws were stopping over tonight to say good-bye before they headed off to Florida. This was a quick and easy recipe to put together. What I liked the most was it stayed warm in the crockpot and people could help themselves while we visited. Thanks for a great recipe.
