  • Fry sausage in skillet, and drain well.
  • Cube Velvetta, and place in crock-pot.
  • After cheese begins to melt, add salsa and sausage.
  • Stir well; once all is melted and blended, place crock-pot on low to keep warm.

  1. This was a pretty good dip as a basic starter recipe. I love that it is made in the crockpot. I changed it a bit to add some zip. I added one 10.5 oz can of Rotel tomatoes with green chilies. Also added was 2 tbs of jalapenos that I diced up very small. I also added a cup of milk to thin it out a little bit. I'm sorry the picture is so small, it is from my phone. Very easy to make and versatile. Thanks :)
     
  2. My in-laws were stopping over tonight to say good-bye before they headed off to Florida. This was a quick and easy recipe to put together. What I liked the most was it stayed warm in the crockpot and people could help themselves while we visited. Thanks for a great recipe.
