  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown ground beef and onion.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, and eggs till smooth. Stir in cream, parmesan, chilies, chili powder, taco seasoning, and half cheese.
  4. Spray pie plate with pam.
  5. Put beef in pan, sprinkle with rest of cheese, and pour egg mixture over. Bake 35 minutes.
  6. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
