"From Dale DeGroff's "The Craft of the Cocktail"-a excellent cocktail book. States it can be served as a frozen drink, but double the amount of Kahlua and orange curacao."

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 ounces light rum
• 1⁄2 ounce Kahlua
• 1⁄2 ounce orange Curacao
• 1 ounce cream

directions

1. Shake all the ingredients with ice and serve in a chilled cocktail glass.
