I have been making this recipe for a few years after seeing it on the Campbell's kitchen website. Its very easy to make and reheats very well for left overs.

  1. Cook beef, onion and garlic in skillet until browned. Pour off excess fat.
  2. Add the soups, water, chilli powder, and potatoes.
  3. Heat to a boil, then cover and cook for about 15 min, until potatoes are tender.
  4. Add corn & heat for a few more minute.
  5. Top with cheese & sour cream.
