black beans and pinto beans make great tasting soup. I calculate only 1 weight watcher point per 1/2 cup.
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 can black beans
- 2 tablespoons roasted red peppers, from jar
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder or 1 tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- Mix in saucepan heat to desired temperature.
