I got this out of a womans weekly cookbook, great for an after school snack
Make and share this Mexican Bagel recipe from Food.com.
- split bagel in half
- spread salsa over each half.
- top each with avacado.
- then with a slice of tasty cheese.
- place under the grill for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Very tasty. The only thing I would do differently next time would be to toast the bagel just a bit before adding the salsa because the bread got a bit soft even after putting it under the broiler. This was a great way to use up those really ripe avocados! Thanks!
