  1. split bagel in half
  2. spread salsa over each half.
  3. top each with avacado.
  4. then with a slice of tasty cheese.
  5. place under the grill for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Very tasty. The only thing I would do differently next time would be to toast the bagel just a bit before adding the salsa because the bread got a bit soft even after putting it under the broiler. This was a great way to use up those really ripe avocados! Thanks!
