  • 12 cup heavy cream
  • 1 ounce semisweet chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups strong coffee, hot
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Place cream and chocolate in a medium saucepan. Heat over very ow heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted.
  • Add the coffee, sugar and cinnamon. Stir until well blended.
  • Pour into mugs and serve with whipped cream.
