  • Cut onion into rings and lay in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Cut celery tops off about 2 inches down stalk and lay in bottom of crockpot.
  • Lay pork chops on top of onion and celery.
  • Sprinkle bullion, cumin, chili powder, and pepper.
  • Pour diced tomatoes on top.
  • Cook on high 4-6 hours.
