My family and I really enjoyed this dish. It came out much better than I had thought. I divided the recipe in half. I didn't sear the chicken first, I put it in the crockpot frozen. It cooked for about 4 hours. I cubed the chicken, put it back in the crockpot after about 3 1/2 hours. I didn't have fajita seasoning, just used cumin, cilantro and lemon pepper. I served it over rice. Very good, fast and easy.
