      I really liked this dish. The flavors blended well together. There was a lot of paste and I did use it all like the recipe required. My chops were only 1 1/2 inches thick, so I adjusted the cooking time. They came out looking and tasting great. Everyone should give these chops a try. Thanks, Luby for posting this recipe.

      I used charcoal weber grill with mesquite charcoals on one side and prepared mesquite in a pan on the other side. It came out really well. Searing the pasted chops then cooking to 160 over lower heat per instructions seem to be the keys. Our pork chops were about 1 1/2 inches thick and were at 160 in twenty minutes. Came out juicy and delicious-- my wife's new favorite way to have pork chops.
