"I love this recipe! I found it in a magazine several years back in a McCormick ad and it is a summer favorite. The combination of the fruit salsa and the chicken is very good!"

Reviews

  1. Yum! Light and healthy - just how I like it! I broiled rather than grilled and let the salsa settle for about an hour. Delicious!

  2. I, also found this recipe years ago on a McCormick recipe card. I have been making it for years. It is outstanding and fairly low-fat. The family loved it with brown and wild rice as the pineapple salsa also goes well with the rice for a nicely balanced meal. Leftovers are great too! Thank you for sharing.

Tweaks

  1. The original McCormick recipe called for "Hot Shot" which is a combination of Red Pepper (Cayenne) and Black Pepper. This is what I use in this recipe. It is sooo good!

  2. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !

I live in the upstate of South Carolina but am originally from the coast of Mississippi. I love the area I now live in...so beautiful! I have 5 dogs, two cats, one husband and one son! I love to travel but with all these animals it is not possible any more. My favorite places I have been to are Alaska and Bermuda. But I love just driving up to my in-laws in North Carolina and enjoying that beautiful state!
