- 4.92 ml Dijon mustard
- 29.58 ml balsamic vinegar
- 4.92 ml balsamic vinegar
- 118.29 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 9.85 ml cold pressed flax oil

- Mix mustard and vinegar in a bowl.
- Add olive oil in a thin stream, whisking the whole time with a fork.
- Add flax oil and serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
