  • PREHEAT oven to 325º F.
  • STIR morsels and cranberries into cookie dough. Refrigerate for 15 minutes for easier handling. Roll dough into 18, 1 1/4-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets.
  • BAKE for 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are set but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

  1. This same recipe is on verybestbaking.com . We made it as part of our holiday cookies. Everyone thought that they were ok, but all the other cookies were eaten before anyone went back for seconds of these.
     
  2. These were so easy to make, I whipped them together in less than 10 minutes. Hubby and I both loved them, and I even brought a couple for my co-worker who raved as well. I just used one 16.5 oz tube of the cookie dough, and the full amount of the chips and cranberries. I didn't even bother chopping the cranberries. Delicious!
     
  3. Love, love, love these! They were great. I made a cookie tray for my daughter's church Christmas party and these were a huge hit with the Middle School girls and their Mommas. Thanks so much for sharing. Note: I used a bag of sugar cookie mix rather than the pre-made roll. Increased cranberries and chocolates to 1 cup each. Turned out beautifully.
