It may just be me, but I didn't like the flavor from the meringue powder at all. I used this to frost some ghost cookies for Halloween, then switched to another recipe after tasting it. I may save the rest and try it for assembling a gingerbread house. It does look fine and whips us nicely. Susan

This worked very well for us and is easy to make too.I used this on our gingerbread houses and will be using it again next year. Thanks for the recipe.

Very simple, and so effective. This is one of the oh so many items I used for my daughter's first birthday cake. This particular icing topped a chocolate butter cake with raspberry filling.
