  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 14 cups sugar
  • peppermint extract or wintergreen extract
  • food coloring (optional)

directions

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Beat egg whites until frothy.
  • Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff.
  • Add flavoring. (Add coloring too if desired).
  • Drop on cookie sheet.
  • Put in oven.
  • Turn off oven and leave overnight.
