This was really good on thick pork cutlets that I grilled on my Cuisinart indoor grill. Spicy with a hint of sweet. Super easy to throw together, too, since it's all ingredients that are basic pantry staples (well, at least in my pantry they are, lol). I was originally intending to use this on some turkey burgers, but after tasting it on the pork, I'm thinking it might have overpowered the turkey burgers. I'm sure I'll be using this again during the summer, since I'm betting that outdoor grilling would make the flavor of this rub even better. Thanks for posting! Made for PAC Spring 2014
