ingredients

• 2 lbs good ground beef
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄4 cup parsley
• 1⁄4 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 2 cups breadcrumbs
• 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil

directions

1. Mix all listed ingredients together in a bowl *except the oil*.
2. Moisten hands with water and form meatballs - remoisten hands as needed to keep the mixture from sticking to hads.
3. Brown meatballs in very little oil with salt sprinkled over.
4. Add meatballs to sauce for the last half hour.
