  1. Mix the butter, poppy seed, onion and mustard.
  2. Spread the mixture on bun.
  3. Top with ham.
  4. Then top with cheese
  5. Spread more mixture on top of cheese.
  6. Broil~~~~ Keep A CLOSE eye!~~~~.

These are very good sandwiches. My kids and DH loved them. We love ham and swiss cheese sandwiches, anyway, and the poppy seeds, onions and mustard are an added bonus. Delicious!

It's amazing how good a simple sandwich be. The poppy seed is definitely a must. I used turkey instead of ham because that's what I had and I've never liked ham anyway. I also used regular bread instead of buns. I broiled the first side for 4 minutes and the second side for 2 minutes and it was perfect!
