ingredients

¹⁄₂ cup butter, softened
1 (18 1/4 ounce) box yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 (8 ounce) bag toffee pieces (Heath preferred)
¹⁄₂ cup pecans, finely chopped

directions

Preheat oven to 350*F.
Mix butter, add cake mix, eggs & water. Mix well.
Add toffee bits and pecans, mix by hand.
Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
Transfer to cooling rack.

truly delish and a bigger taste than you'd expect from a simple recipe. i followed up with a dip in powdered sugar while still quite warm. 2nd point-recipe uses 18 oz box but most are now 16oz and it still is just fine . cooked 7 mins w/convection oven at 180C.
