Melt in Your Mouth Pancakes

"These are off a Bisquick box that I had. On a whim I tried this recipe and it makes a great pancake with a wonderful texture! Cooking time is approximate per pancake...I use a griddle and make 8 pancakes at a time!"

• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 14 pancakes

ingredients

• 2 cups Bisquick
• 1 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 2 eggs

directions

1. Stir ingredients until blended.
2. Pour by slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle.
3. Cook until edges are dry.
4. Turn; cook until golden.
