These were good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I only used one tablespoon of olive oil.

A world gone mad! I LIKED Brussels Sprouts!!
This recipe made the flavor of the sprouts seem mild and almost sweet. Perfect compliment to lamb with mustard sauce for Christmas dinner. For some reason slicing these little devils brought out the best in them. Thanks!

Best brussel sprouts recipe that I've made. I let the butter heat until just browning. At the end, I also added about 1/2 a lemon's worth of juice.

I used frozen brussel sprouts and thawed and sliced them. They were delicious, So easy and they were done in just a few minutes. Thanks for posting this tasty recipe.

These were great. I always thought I hated brussel sprouts but my boyfriend likes them so I agreed to try them for him. We both loved this recipe! Thanks so much. I am now a fan of this vegetable.

It's amazing that such a simple twist to a recipe like slicing the sprouts can bring out so much flavor, I only cooked them for 10 minutes and they were perfect. Thanks for the recipe T. Reed
