Melon With Brie and Prosciutto

A nice, simple recipe for summer.

Directions

  1. Cut melon into 4 long thin wedges; remove skin.
  2. Halve the wedges crosswise.
  3. Cut the cheese into 16 thin slices; halve prosciutto lengthwise.
  4. Wrap each piece of cheese with a piece of melon using a strip of prosciutto.
  5. Arrange on a serving platter.
