Very good! I used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth. I accidentally mixed up the order of the broth and balsamic vinegar, but they turned out well anyway. I snacked on these at work -- yummy!

Sept 4/09 oh my these were sooo delicious! love the balsamic, great combination of flavours! I will be making these again, so easy and so delicious! Thanks for posting! May 23/10 I make these mushrooms on a regular basis, they are one of our favourite ways to serve mushrooms, delish !!

These mushrooms were very good. Making a double batch would be wise, because you will be picking out of the pan and there won't be any left for dinner. Lowfat and tasty. Thank you.

These are fantastic! Served them as a side dish with chicken. The recipe is very simple. As the balsamic vinegar cooks away, it reduces to make a wonderful sauce for the mushrooms. Something I will make again.

This is a wonderful appetizer recipe. A very nice combination of flavors. This is an easy dish to make. One key is to use good balsamic. I will be adding this one to my tried and true cookbook. Thanks, Zilla for sharing!

Zilla! These mushrooms are absolutely delicious! My DH loves mushrooms so I made this as a treat for him and to serve as a side dish with some grilled steaks. I used beef broth with ours because I had it on hand from another recipe. These are so sweet and good we almost ate them all before the steaks were done! This would make a great side dish for almost anything but beware - you might want to double the recipe because you can't quit eating them once you start! :)
