These are the best brownies I have ever had, my friends are always asking for the recipe!!
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄3 cup cocoa
- 2⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 2⁄3 cup white sugar
- 1⁄2 cup chocolate chips
- 1⁄2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spray baking pan.
- Bake at 350 in a greased pan, 11x7 for 32-37 min, or a 9x9 for 27-32 minute ( Really watch them, I find my oven does it in about 25 min ).
I thought these were ok, but certainly not great.I didn't have white chocolate chips, so didn't add them.I also used colored miniature marshmallows, thought it would look pretty.Maybe that's what effected the flavor? They completely melted into them and disappeared.Don't think I would make these again.
These were tasty (brownies can't really be bad, can they? lol) After 38 minutes of baking (in a 9x9 pan), these still seemed gooey in the center but I took them out anyway as I didn't want to overcook. Once cooled they seemed OK, but still gooey in the center (not raw though). These are good, but certainly not _the best_ I've ever had. Thanks for posting though - I'm glad I tried them!
Excellent brownies. I used 1/2 cup of butter for the 2/3 cups oil. Creamed the butter and sugars then added the remaining ingredients. Very moist and the sweetness was perfect. Thanks so much for sharing. Made this for PAC Fall 2007 UPDATE: I made a big mistake when I deviated from the recipe and instructions in this recipe. My sister and I made these again last night and followed the recipe exactly, using the full 2/3 cup oil. Mixing everything in together at once. These were the best brownies that we have ever had. They were so moist and just down right awesome. I can only apologize to AmeriCanHen and hope that this update will correct my mistake in making this recipe. thanks so much for a wonderful brownie recipe.
