Love this recipe. I have made some changes to the original recipe by adding different ingredients. Everyone ones these cookies! Thanks
I liked these cookies alot, so delicious and easy. I added 1/2 a cup dried raisins to the mixture, and used a rolling pin to make the dough flat and used a cookie cutter to make heart shapes. This recipe is absolutely a keeper
VERY easy and not too sweet! I used my Kitchen Aid mixer and the resulting dough is not smooth, but rolls together nicely. It is a crumbly cookie that DOES go well with a cup of tea or coffee. I made three batches to bring to an Irish Dinner tonight and they were fast and easy. I will definately make these again!
These did not set up for me. Doubled the recipe and was quite sad to waste so much expensive butter on these. Not worth the time.
I made them exactly as laid out in the recipe, and loved them - the next day. I find them quite addictive and they go rather quickly. Very easy to make and great for dunking.
Very good! They vanished much too quickly.
This is a great recipe! The cookies are a lovely texture and they taste wonderful. They are sweet so the next time I make them I'll cut the sugar down.
This recipe is fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing. It will definitely be part of our St. Patrick's Day tradition from now on - everyone loved them! We made some plain and some with the raspberry preserves - they were equally delicious.
