A nice variation on the mayo based tuna salads, this has a nice vinagrette flavor and its so good!
- 6 ounces high quality albacore tuna
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch sea salt
- black pepper, freshly ground
- Blend ingredients and enjoy!
