YUMMM!! We really enjoyed this! The only things I did different were fresh basil (will try fresh oregano, too, once the herb garden gets a little bigger!). When I make dressings, I also make a thickened solution with water and cornstarch, then sub it completely for oil. Makes most dressing virtually fat free and works great! My hubby really enjoyed this and said I can definitely make again. Thanks so much for sharing!! :O)

Tasty dressing. Worked really well on a greek salad. Thank you.

Loved this dressing. I only made half a cup and wish I would have done the entire recipe. We had it with Ultimate California Moon Doggie Pizza and went great. Will be making the entire recipe next time as it will go with many other choices.

Everyone is right. This salad dressing is fabulous. I went onto google because I wanted a recipie for a mediterranean salad dressing and stumbled upon this web page for the recipie and loved it. I did not use exact measurements and I added lemon juice because I love the extra tartness in this type of salad dressing, but I truly enjoyed the combination of the spices and ingredients. I definitely will be using this recipie again. Thank you so much.

This salad dressing was absolutely incredible. I served it on baby lettuces with roma tomatoes and kalamata olives. My only regret was that I did not have any feta cheese to sprinkle on top. Not only will I keep this dressing on hand -- I will serve it at any gathering that includes a salad. I am quite sure that my guests will be equally impressed. Thank you as always for a great recipe!!!!

I just pulled out my recipe for Eecipe #263831 and noticed I had not posted a review for this dressing. This is the only dressing I use on my Greek salads, and I am so very sorry I forgot to review it sooner. What isn't used can be kept in the refrigerator for future use. Totally deserving of 5*'s. Thanks for sharing!

When people ask for the recipe, it just confirms what you already know... Kittencal's recipes ROCK! This dressing has the perfect ingredients in the perfect amounts. I could lick this off the salad plate easily and with no shame. ;o) Thank you for another keeper, my friend!

Another winner! I halved the recipe as stated and it turned out very well. I served it over a spinach salad. The rest I'm using today to marinate some chicken legs that I'll be grilling later on today for dinner.

A very flavorful dressing! It went very well with our pasta with pesto, on top of a redleaf salad with cucumber and feta - Delish! Thank you for posting. Made for ZWT5, for the Groovy GastroGnomes.

I loved it! I've been looking for an "Italian Style" dressing for a while and this fits perfectly. I DID cut the recipe in half so that it would fit in a regular sized salad dressing bottle. I used regular salt rather than the seasoned salt. I also used garlic powder in place of the fresh (about 1 Teaspoon for the half recipe). Can't wait to try your Greek Dressing!

Loved it! I did not use the parmeasn cheese and was still great. I used it on salad greens and on cooked broccoli. Thanks!

I made 1/4 recipe (what a math project!) since it was just for DH and I, and we still had plenty for several salad servings. It's tart and tangy, and very full flavored. The parmesan was very nice in this recipe. Tastes best the next day. Highly recommended.

This is wonderful, and my husband really liked it, too! I just eyeballed everything, 'cause I only wanted to make 1/2 of a cup. I tossed it with spinach, olives, mushroom, and yellow pepper. Will definitely try it again--thanks!

I am forever trying different salad dressings for variety, and this dressing fits the bill. This comes close to our favorite greek joint, without being to sweet. The garlic was just right, and other then using splenda instead of the sugar, I followed this to the tee. I whizzed this up in my Magic Bullet, and let the flavors develop this afternoon for use in our salad tonight. Will certainly keep on my salad dressing recipes.

This is the best of the several Greek dressings I have tried on Zaar, even with some substitutions that I wouldn't recommend (white vinegar for red wine, etc.). Great dressing! I scaled it down 1/3 (1 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup vinegar, etc.) and it made plenty for normal home use. Thanks Kittencal!

This salad dressing is wonderful. I've never found a bottled Greek dressing that I like, and now I don't have to look anymore. Thanks for posting this one.

This is an excellent dressing. I used this over just a plain lettuce and tomato salad and it was great. Can't wait to try it on a real Greek salad. Thanks Kitz
