ingredients
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed (I use a little more)
- 946.36 ml corn (fresh or canned)
- 2.46 ml fresh thyme (I used dried) or 2.46 ml rosemary (I used dried)
- salt and pepper
directions
- Combine oil and garlic in a small skillet. Heat over low heat just until garlic begins to sizzle. Add the corn and stir to blend and heat through, about one minute. Add thyme or rosemary and pepper to taste. Serve at once.

Made for PAC Spring-09 I have to say I was surprised at how good, and just that little bit of differant this corn was. I think it's cooking it in the skillet that makes it so good. I used the rosemary and then just for fun added a pinch of thyme too and topped with a spoon of butter and it was great. So easy and enjoyed by all. It's diffently one I'd recommend you try.
