This was a very simple recipe to make from ingredients we always have on hand (and even managed to on vacation). We used a marinated fetta which went well with the rest of the flavours. Thanks Poppy.

  1. Sprinkle both sides of the steaks with the oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Rub the seasonings into the meat.
  3. Combine the oil and garlic in a large nonstick skillet.
  4. Cook over medium heat for 1 minute, or until the garlic starts to sizzle.
  5. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes on each side until medium-rare.
  6. remove from the heat and sprinkle with the feta, lemon juice, and olive.
  7. Cut each steak in half before serving.
