Mmm! I used 4 cloves of garlic to 3/4 lb shrimp (it's the Italian in me), cut back on the red pepper and served it over ramen noodles for a quick, pressed-for-time dinner. Honestly, I could eat those garlic chips all day, every day, but then I suppose I'd lose friends quickly. ;o) Thank you for posting this delicious and fast feast, Recipe Reader!

Delicious! We all loved the garlic chips. The shrimp were perfectly done, the rosemary just right. Served over linguini with some lemon olive oil.
PAC 2007 This is a simple and versatile shrimp recipe to make even after working all day. Love the taste and the aroma of the garlic and rosemary tgether. 2 of my favorite herbs next to basil! I doubld the recipe for company and it came out great. DH and family asked for me to make this again. Served over garlic butter linguini and a salad. I can see this as an appie, a dinner, or as a lunch fr friends. WIll make again for sure and real soon!!! Thank you for a great recipe child.
This is my 3rd PAC recipe. I doubled the recipe and added just a little bit of chopped onion. I was not sure about browning the garlic but when it was done and I put it on top of the shrimp it was fantastic. This was a wonderful light meal. I served it over buttered pasta and it was just great.
awesome.....my only change would be MORE GARLIC!
