Both the salad and dressing for this were very good. I just didn't like them together. I prefer mediterranean salads with vinigrette. The dressing tasted similar to honey mustard dressing. In the dressing I used Enova oil and brown sugar Splenda and blended it in a 2 cup pyrex with my immersion blender. I loved the mix of veggies for the salad they were pretty, crisp and flavorful. I used whole grape tomatoes. Good luck in the contest!

I just loved the dressing!I didn`t find it sharp at all. The feta may have calmed it! Just the right amount of tang. My radishes were very bitter so I removed them. Didn`t want them to ruin the salad. I did serve over romaine lettuce. Excellent!

I enjoyed this salad! I left out the radishes. I loved the ingredients and halved the recipe and dressing. Thanks!

I really liked the salad part of this recipe, but I do think the dressing needs to be worked on. I love having a lemony taste to my salads so more lemon juice would have been appreciated. I do like the fact that it is really easy to make, though.

When we tasted the dressing at first it seemed too lemony. But-we added it to the salad and sat down to eat. There was then no distinct taste, maybe cause there was no herbs, no salt, no pepper. We also thought that the amount of dressing was too much for the amount of salad, made the salad on the whole too watery. Sorry that the rating is low. Wish it could have been otherwise. Better luck next time.

This lives up to its name in that it only takes minutes. I didn't get the sharpness from the dressing. My radishes were quite large so they required dicing instead of cutting in half. I used fresh from the garden ingredients and would have liked this better if there had been some mention of salt, pepper and oregano. Made for *RSC 10*.
