  1. Thoroughly drain all canned vegetables.
  2. Combine mayo, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a medium bowl.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste into mixture.
  4. Blend mixture until smooth and mixed well.
  5. Chop hearts of palm and artichoke bottoms into bite sized pieces.
  6. Add palm, artichokes, and remaining ingredients into mayo mixture.
  7. Toss to coat all ingredients.
  8. Serve or refrigerate until needed.
