Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Put pasta in a large bowl.
  3. In a large saucepan whisk broth and flour until blended.
  4. Bring to a boil, whisk again, and add zucchini.
  5. Reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 3 minutes or until zucchini is tender-crisp and broth is slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in chickpeas and olives and heat through.
  7. Add to pasta and toss to coat.
