This was great! I omitted the feta cheese, and used walnuts instead of pine nuts. Also, I wasn't sure if you meant dried oregano or fresh, and all I had was dried, so I used the given amount of dried oregano, even though it looked like a bit much! However, it all came together in the end, with the crunch of the walnuts complimenting the kidney beans, tomatoes, and cousous to perfection! Thanks stephanie!

I really enjoyed this dish, it was very light and refreshing. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because my kids weren't really fans and my husband was indifferent. I will still make this again, but to take for lunch instead of for the whole family. Thanks for the recipe!

I loved this fresh tasting couscous salad! Perfect combination of ingredients and flavors and it was so easy. I made no modifications. I'll definitely be making this again! Thanks!

this was good, but i think i'd like it even more without the feta...and, i love feta. i did omit the pine nuts since i didn't have them. overall, a good dish. thanks for posting

An interesting salad. I was looking for something to make using kidney beans and came across this salad. I had never come across the combination of couscous and kidney beans before. I followed the recipe except for omitting the pine nuts (didn't have any) and I used Danish Feta which has a softer texture and tastes not unlike a mild goats cheese. It really was delicious and everyone commented on how good it tasted. I will make it again.

I needed an easy recipe that didn't need to be kept hot or cold so when I was really excited when I came across it. I made it exactly according to the recipe except used fat-free feta and was probably a little short on how much feta I had on hand. It was so delicious! I made the couscous thenight before and then just threw the rest together...it sat for over an hour at room temperature and was perfect because the flavors had a chance to marry and being at room temp really made the flavors stand out. This is going to become a go-to recipe for potlucks or get-togethers where I need an easy side!

Great dish! I wholeheartedly agree that it's great with chickpeas in place of the kidney beans, and with the addition of high quality black olives.
