      Great Recipe! Big taste, little effort. I did add 1/2 a green pepper and 1/2 a red pepper. I substitued a jar of salsa for the rotel diced tomatoes. I prepared it one day in advance to allow the flavours to develop. I served the chili with garlic bread on the side. DH raved. Thanks for the recipe.

      I am picky about my chili, and I liked this one! I had to made some substitutions (just didn't have some of the ingredients). V8 juice in place of tomato soup and water, grilling beans in place of pork and beans, kidney beans in place of black beans, etc. I didn't change anything with the spices. All in all, a good chili.

      This chili was incredible. We have some Jimmy Dean pork sausage we needed to use up and searched for a recipe. To our surprise & the guests we served it to, it was a huge hit. It's definitely a keeper. The dish has a nice little "kick" to it too. The next time we prepare this, we are going to try substituting ground turkey for the beef though. Thanks for sharing!

      SUPER CHILI! I have made chili dozens of different ways and this is my favorite. I love the flavor the ,ground, pork sausage adds. I have always been a little easy to substitute for black beans. I just don't like them that much. But, I figured with all the other ingredients they wouldn't be over-powering. I was so right. I wouldn't change a thing about this recipe. I was SO good! Will be making over and over. This is THE ONE. Thanks
