This is the Superior Meatloaf recipe from the Lipton Onion Soup mix package. Easy and good flavor. I use Italian-style breadcrumbs. Sometimes use less water than called for. Leftovers make great meatloaf sandwiches.

Have been making this meatloaf for years, delicious. I do make a glaze with a cup of brown sugar and 1/2 - 3/4 cup catsup and a small squirt of yellow mustard, and spread over top before baking. I like to make extra to serve on the side. Yummy.

This was absolutely wonderful! Very good taste, without a topping. Will make again, so easy. Thanks for posting!
