Baked in a gravy, this meatloaf turns out deliciously moist. Easy to prepare in advance and pop in the oven on nights when you are limited for time. Use a ready made meatloaf and cut the preparation time down even more!

Directions

  1. Mix all meatloaf ingredients and form into a loaf shape.
  2. Place in casserole dish.
  3. Mix gravy ingredients together and pour over meatloaf.
  4. Bake at 180C for 1 hour.

Quite a different meatloaf! like it a lot, it stayed together well and cut nicely. We were not too happy with the gravy though. There was too much water; it diluted the flavours. I will try it again but next time I will only add less than half of the water. Thanks for posting an interesting way to cook a meatloaf.
