    Loving raisins like I do, I transformed my original meatloaf into one that includes raisins, and I find that, once they get over the idea of raisins in a meatloat, many of my guests allow that it is at the very least "interesting" & enjoyable, if not out right delicious!

      Mix all ingredients together & shape into a shallow dome in a 10" round baking dish with sides.

      ONE OF THE BEST DINNERS THAT I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!! If there was any adjustment I made was that I used 2% milk in place of whole milk. It cut nicely, and the flavor was fabulous. Made for PRMR tag game.

      This is the best meatloaf I've ever eaten! Even picky DH liked it! I used buttermilk in place of milk, otherwise, made as directed. Thanks, Sydney Mike! Made for Everyday is a Holiday.

      Wow! This is good. DH noticed the raisins right away and gave it 2 thumbs up. I was surprised because I didn't think he would be happy with them in his meatloaf. I cut the recipe in half and used corn flakes cuz that's what I had. This is a delicious change from our normal meatloaf. Has a slight sweet taste to it. Thanks Syd for posting.
