  1. Yum! This recipe was wonderful. Simple and very tasty! I will admit that the only changes I made were that I used tomato sauce instead of ketchup (I can't have the sugar) and saltines instead of breadcrumbs. Your recipe was wonderful! Thank you.

  2. Thank you for this! I was craving a simple classic meatloaf and I used your recipe. My family loved it. I didn’t have Worcestershire so I used soy sauce and had to use gluten free bread crumbs since a family member can’t eat gluten. Even with those risky tweaks, it was so tasty!

  2. I forgot to take a picture before I cut into it but this was absolutely delicious! Melt in your mouth delicious!! I made a couple tweaks to it. Since I didn't have breadcrumbs I took a piece of white bread and soaked it in milk. I also only used a quarter cup of ketchup instead of a half because I didn't want it to be too much liquid since I had added the milk soaked bread. Other than that, I stuck to the recipe. My Mom and I absolutely loved it! I'm certain that if my Dad was still here, he would've loved it too! ?? Thank you for sharing your Dad's recipe! ?? As suggested, I served it with mashed potatoes and green beans. ??
