Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 ounces salsa (1/2 an 8 oz jar)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package taco seasoning
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 12 ounces of shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients, except half of the seasoning. Mix well.
  2. Shape into loaf.
  3. Place in slow-cooker.
  4. Sprinkle remaining seasoning on top.
  5. Cover, cook for 8-10 hours on LOW.
