  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Mix well with a whisk until everything is dissolved.
  • Add more/less water and brown sugar to desired taste and consistency.
  • Pour over cooked meatloaf and continue baking until sauce bubbles (approx. 5 minutes).

  1. My husband (whose never liked glaze on meatloaf) just said this was the best glaze he's ever tasted as he continued to periodically mumble ("mmm - this is good") as he ate. I substituted regular brown sugar with the Slenda brown sugar blend. I also halved the recipe and still had leftover sauce (made a loaf with 2lbs of beef). But this is a definite keeper!!!
     
  2. So yummy! My kids gobbled it up. I only made half the recipe for my meatloaf and it was more than enough.
     
  3. Good taste--but I used only 1/3 of the water and it still seemed too much. Otherwise it was great.
     
  4. I used about half the amunt of sugar a little less mustard than called for.....it came out great! A big hit with the family.
     
  5. I only made half of the recipe and used a little less water, but this was perfect with our meatloaf. It is just like my mom always made it as we were growing up. I loved it!!
