I can't believe I ran out of gas 5 minutes into cooking this!!! I finished it off in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. I subbed ground lamb for the ground pork (worked GREAT!!!) and added some garlic (cannot cook without it!). The texture of this meatloaf is awesome and the flavor as well!! Leftovers make an amazing sandwich too. My meatloaf loving daughter said I MUST make this again, and let's try the grill next time! Smarty!!!

Great way to make meatloaf. I did add some garlic and Italian seasoning to the meat loaf. I will definitely be making this again.
