  1. I figured if your meatloaf was anything like your Tortilla soup, Id be in buisness! And I was correct! My father-in-law claimed to HATE meatloaf! He ate this up and wants to know when Ill make it again. My five year old at this happily as well! * I added Garlic salt in place of plain salt (yum!) * I added a tiny bit of Worchester sauce to the topping it gave it a little zing Thanks again for a quick easy success!

  2. I can't believe I haven't posted a review about this recipe yet. My printout of the recipe is dated 8/10/2003! This is the best meat loaf ever. I've used this recipe countless times, and everyone raves about my meat loaf. I love the ketchup sauce so much, I usually double it. I will never use another meat loaf recipe, this is the one that my kids will group up on. THANK YOU!

  3. I skubstituted 1/2 can of undiluted mushroom soup for the milk. I think it was improved that way LASh

  4. I usually make a barbecue meatloaf but I wanted something a little different. This was very good. I used fine bread crumbs. Will certainly make again.

I love Recipezaar! I have found many great recipes on this site! Since I've found zaar, I've been spending more time making recipes from zaar than I have from my dozens of cookbooks. What can I say....zaar members post darn good recipes! I wish that I could spend more time cooking but I tend to keep meals simple because I work full time as an Microsoft Exchange E-mail Administrator and I spend the rest of my time taking care of my three year old toddler. He demands so much of my time that I don't have as much time to cook as I used to. My favorite hobbies are collecting recipes and photography. I am an amateur photographer and I take pictures at almost every chance that I get. The picture that is posted on this page is a self portrait.
